PRODUCTION LEASE/EXCLUSIVE INFO

STANDARD "BUY NOW" LEASE - $24.99

  1. Includes one Final MP3 Master with intro audio tag.

  2. Standard Lease Agreements grant the Artist the right to sell up to 2,500 units, ie Albums, Mixtapes, EP or single downloads. 

  3. Standard Lease Agreements also allow the Artist to make a combined income of $2,500 USA dollars from performance revenues. 

  4. This contract also grants the Artist rights to use the purchased material for 1 commercial radio and/or video station playlists (both online and/or AM/FM radio)

  5. If your’re going to exceed this limit we strongly advise you to purchase a Premium Lease or Exclusive Rights (See below).

  3. Platinum Lease Agreements also allow the Artist to make a combined income of $5,000 USA dollars from performance revenues. 

  4. This contract also grants the Artist rights to use the purchased material for 2 commercial radio and/or video station playlists (both online and/or AM/FM radio)

  1. Includes Full Wav trackouts and both Wav/MP3 Final Master with intro audio tag.

  2. Premium Lease Agreements grant the Artist the right to sell up to 5,000 units, wether it be Albums, Mixtapes, EP or single downloads. 

  3. Premium lease agrrements also allow the Artist to make a combined income of $5,000 USA dollars from performance revenues. 

  4. This contract also grants the Artist rights to use the purchased material for up to 2 different commercial radio and/or video station playlists (both online and/or AM/FM radio).

  5. If your’re going to exceed this limit we strongly advise you to purchase a Premium Lease or Exclusive Rights (See below).

"exclusive rights" agreement - PRICES AT $199+

(Full Wav trackouts and Final Mix formats as needed by client) 

  1. Includes Full Wav Trackouts and Final Masters formatted specifically for client. 

  2. No Voice/Audio tags.

  3. Exclusive Rights Agreements grant the Artist the right to sell UNLIMITED units, wether it be Albums, Mixtapes, EP or single downloads. 

  4. This contract also grants the Artist rights to use the purchased material for UNLIMITED different commercial radio and/or video station playlists (online, AM/FM radio, Film and/or TV). 

  5. Exclusive Rights Agreements also allow the Artist to make a combined income of up to $100,000 USA dollars from performance revenues, album sales, downloads and commercial Audio/Video placement.

  6. If revenue exceeds $100,000 USA dollars, 3% of annual income using this production should be credited to Producer - Demonceie. This contract legally binds the purchaser with responsibility to contact Demonceie if revenue exceeds the allowed threshold.

**ALL PRODUCTION ON THE SITE IS 100% ROYALTY FREE AND CONTAINS NO SAMPLES NEEDING CLEARANCE

** IF A SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCE ARISES IN WHICH A SAMPLE IS USED, ALL WORKS INCLUDING SAMPLES WILL NEED TO BE CLEARED BY THE ARTIST/LABEL/PURCHASER OF THE PRODUCT. SIGNALS 2 SOUNDS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CLEARANCE OF ANY SAMPLES. EACH TRACK CONTAINING A SAMPLE WILL BE PROPERLY IDENTIFIED AND LABELED. ALL AVAILABLE INFORMATION REGARDING THE SAMPLE WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE CUSTOMER THROUGH EMAIL AT TIME OF PURCHASE
